• Smoking okay outside
• we will be interviewing this weekend (Aug 22-24th) and hopefully deciding on a roommate by next week (starting Aug 25th). after that, there is a $46 application fee through the Presidio for a background check.
• 1 year lease, can leave early if you find a replacement roommate
• We like to keep things organized so we each have our own sections for storage in the closets, kitchen, and fridges.

About Us

We are Kyle, Nikolai, and Henry. We range from age 24-30 and use he/him pronouns. We like art, movies, books, coffee, games, and the outdoors. We also enjoy cooking, and if you like cooking you’ll appreciate the spacious kitchen. Our apartment vibe is friendly but low-key.
